Central Student Organization
The official website of the University of Cebu - Banilad Senior High School Central Student Organization. Your platform for representation, engagement, and leadership.
Explore CSOHey there, UCB-SHS family! I'm thrilled to welcome you to the official website of the Central Student Organization -- your space, your voice, your platform for change. Being your president isn't just an honor; it's a mission. And that mission? Making sure every senior high student feels seen, supported, and sparked with school spirit.
This year, we're not just checking boxes. We're building bridges -- stronger, clearer channels between students and the school administration. We're rethinking how academic support works, so it's not just helpful, but transformative. Because why settle for average when we can aim for extraordinary?
The Central Student Organization (CSO) is the highest governing student body representing all strands and tracks of the Senior High Department at University of Cebu - Banilad Campus.
All bonafide senior high students who have paid the academic year membership fee automatically become members of the CSO, represented by their respective strand/track organization presidents.
The semestral membership fee is One Hundred Pesos (P100.00), collected during the first month of every semester through your strand/track representatives.
Students have the right to have grievances heard, attend CSO meetings, access financial statements, be informed about school policies, and free expression of opinions.
Year-end elections are held in May, with an Oath-Taking and Turning-Over Ceremony following. The new CSO Board holds another election in the first week of the new academic year to fill vacancies.
CSO members can access financial statements by submitting a letter request to the Treasurer, Auditor, and Council Advisers for educational, research, or other valid purposes.
